In 2004, Eddie James established a band entitled Tab, short for Tabernacle. The name comes from the idea that when these musicians worship Jesus, the presence of God tabernacles among them. This is based on the scripture found in Psalm 22:3, “But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel”. The vision of Tab is to worship on the instruments as they did in days of old in the Tabernacle of David. The creation of new and prophetic sounds, instruments, and songs were birthed through their worship. Tab has ministered with Eddie James throughout the nation. Ultimate Call was founded by Eddie James in 2003. Ultimate Call is one of the most profound and cutting edge worship ministries in America today. The mission of Ultimate Call is to be a launching pad that releases worship leaders into the nations. Excaliber
Excaliber was established in 2005 under the banner of Eddie James. The purpose of Excaliber is to awaken the church and reach the lost using dance, drama, worship, and rap to proclaim the Word of God. The name Excaliber derives from the story of King Arthur and his sword, Excaliber. It signifies that we are a sword in the hand of God and are held by One and only One. A sword lays powerless and useless unless one takes it up and wields its power. Excaliber will not be held by man or religion, but rather are held by their Lord and the strength of His arm and the grip of His hand is all they will know.
